If a software retailer appears on a website then surely they will be the source from which web surfers will buy the product. If the surfer is not interested, you can argue that they will not click on the ad.

Services provided by Google have created opportunities for businesses of all sizes to advertise. Even though the problem of click fraud still disrupts the service until it is widely considered the best.
