Changing Traffic to Adsense Traffic

Posted by Blog Marketing on Thursday, May 30, 2019 for you at New York, NY, USA

Changing Traffic to Adsense Traffic. If you have been running AdSense ads on your site for a long time and you feel you are not making as much money as you can, in 99.99% your case is correct. Most people feel frustrated because they cannot generate the income they expect, and this drops to the level of traffic and clickthrough.

There are many ways to turn traffic into AdSense traffic and here is a short list of each description.

The first thing you need to do is improve the content of your site. While for some people this is not an option (if you run a forum for example it's much more difficult) most people can make their AdSense site a true dairy cow.

To get started, you have to find out what your site's keywords are. This is a basic technique in SEO (search engine optimization) known as verification of keyword density. A very good tool for this job is SEO Density Analizer.

You then have to take a list of these words and search the Overture Search Inventory or Google AdWords Sandbox to find out what other words can do better than what you currently have.

From that moment on, try to keep your site focused on things that mostly appear in the keyword suggestions you receive. Try to include these keywords, or at least some related keywords as often as possible in the links on your site.

Because the way Google AdSense works is a surefire way to increase your income because you will get better ads on your AdSense banner, similar to how you will get a better Google PageRank

It is also important that you continue to add new pages to your site. This is very important, because the more pages you have, the more likely it is that you will get more hits on your ad.

Adsense format

It is also important for you to choose the appropriate format for your AdSense banner and the best location for them. Even though this is a much broader subject, you usually have to know that the top three Google AdSense formats are: 336x280 300x250 medium rectangle and 160x600 skyscraper.

Make sure you choose the color that is appropriate for the ad, because making it too different from the content of your site blog (or just different from the bad way) will definitely make visitors think of it as a banner that has nothing to do with the site itself.

Make sure these ads are positioned where they will produce the highest amount of profit. Often, that location is said right before the beginning of your site's actual content.

On a page with a long text body, you might find skyscrapers to do better, just because users are exposed to them for longer. Also, for sites with news or similar items, you might find a good position to be at the bottom of your content, because that's when people finish reading your story and are looking for other things to do.

You have to use more AdSense units if you have lots of text on your page. Make sure not to overdo it because you might find that you will get a much lower CTR and lower income so you get in the first place by using this technique inappropriately. You can add as many as three units, or more ad units, so make sure to use them wisely.

There is a Google AdSense Preview Tool that will allow you to visualize what ads will be served on your page and that can be very useful as a testing mechanism.

Make sure you respect AdSense policies regarding click fraud. As a bookmark, you can place the image next to your add, making sure to leave some space in between to make sure this isn't considered as encouraging visitors to click on the link.

Of course there are more ways to increase AdSense traffic from your site, but this should serve as a good starting point to maximize revenue. https://bit.ly/2Jg2Lvm
